4. DMCA Compliance and Takedown Procedure

4.1 Filing a Notice

If you believe that any material hosted on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may file a DMCA Notice containing the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material (specific URL(s) or location on the Platform).
Contact details of the complaining party (name, address, telephone, and email).

4.2 Review and Action

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

Animeractive will temporarily restrict access to the reported material within 10 business days while assessing validity.
The affected user will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
If a valid counter-notice is filed, the content may be reinstated as permitted by law.
Animeractive reserves the right to decline or delay action on incomplete, invalid, or abusive notices.

4.3 Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice including:

Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of:
- The courts of England and Wales, and
- (If applicable) the judicial district where you reside, for international disputes.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Animeractive may reinstate the material unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings within the applicable timeframe.

5. Repeat Infringers

Animeractive maintains a strict policy against repeat infringers. Users who receive multiple valid notices may have their accounts suspended or terminated at Animeractive's sole discretion.

However, Animeractive does not guarantee proactive monitoring and shall not be held liable for failure to identify repeat infringement where notice has not been properly served.

6. Safe Harbour and Liability Disclaimer

Important Liability Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law, Animeractive, its proprietor, affiliates, service providers, and partners:

Disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from copyright or intellectual property claims;

7. Jurisdiction and Universal Application
